Nana Diaby, widely known as Phiphi, is an influential media personality, youth advocate, and communication leader whose impact extends across Mali, francophone Africa, and the global development community. As the founder of Phiphi Show Broadcast, she has inspired thousands of young Africans through powerful storytelling, coaching, and philanthropy — a platform that earned her a meeting with President Barack Obama and selection into the prestigious YALI 2015 Program.
Her media career expanded internationally through Canal+ Elle, where she showcased African excellence, hosted major conversations, and became a recognizable voice for women’s leadership and representation. Phiphi is highly sought after as a TV host, bilingual moderator, high-level event presenter, and communication strategist, known for her ability to connect with diverse audiences in both English and French.
Beyond media, she is deeply committed to education and institutional leadership. With nearly seven years of service on the Strategic Orientation Council of ISPRIC University, she now lectures at the institution while also serving as Deputy Secretary General of Mali’s Professional Group of Communication Agencies (GAPC Mali).
