Short Bio
Mahamadou Cissé is a Malian entrepreneur, public-sector strategist, and youth advocate whose work bridges innovation, policy development, and continental collaboration. A former Ministerial Advisor for Entrepreneurship, Employment, and Vocational Training, he played a key role in shaping national programs that strengthen youth employability and diaspora engagement, including the Diaspora Skills Development Program (PMCDE).
As the founder of FIKASO, one of Mali’s pioneering delivery and mobility platforms, Mahamadou is part of a new generation of African innovators transforming local industries through technology-driven solutions.
He currently serves as President of DiasporAct and Ambassador of the African Youth Awards, where he continues to advance African youth leadership, economic empowerment, and regional development.
